In the app
- Open Neibra and go to Profile.
- Tap the settings (gear) icon.
- Scroll down to Delete account and confirm.
Your account is deleted right away.
Without the app
No need to install the app again. Email us from the address you used for your Neibra account and ask us to delete it:
We confirm by email and delete the account within 30 days. This is also the way to delete an account that is suspended or blocked.
What is deleted and what is kept
We delete or anonymise your profile, photos, listings and requests, phone number, community memberships and device tokens.
Kept, in anonymised form or only as long as necessary: records of completed rentals and reviews (shown as "Deleted user"), reports and safety records, consent records, and data we must keep by law. Messages you sent may stay visible to the other person without your name. An account with a rental in progress can be deleted once that rental is finished or cancelled.

מחיקת החשבון
באפליקציה: פרופיל ← הגדרות (גלגל השיניים) ← מחיקת חשבון.
בלי האפליקציה: שלחו מייל מהכתובת של החשבון אל hello@neibra.app ובקשו למחוק אותו. נמחק תוך 30 יום ונאשר במייל.
Удаление аккаунта
В приложении: Профиль → настройки (шестерёнка) → Удалить аккаунт.
Без приложения: напишите с почты, на которую зарегистрирован аккаунт, на hello@neibra.app и попросите удалить его. Удалим в течение 30 дней и подтвердим письмом.
